Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

TypingEverything may process account details, organization information, customer records, document contents, billing identifiers, audit events, session information, uploaded logos and stamps, and usage data needed to operate the service.

2. Why we process it

We use this information to provide the workspace, generate documents, maintain customer and payment history, enforce plan limits, secure accounts, troubleshoot failures, improve the product and support billing.

3. Payment information

Subscription checkout is handled by the configured payment provider. TypingEverything stores provider identifiers and payment-event metadata needed to synchronize subscription state; it does not need to store full payment-card numbers.

4. AI processing

When you use AI Office, relevant business-record context may be sent to the configured AI provider to answer the requested operational question. AI features should be used only with data you are authorized to process.

5. Public document links

QR verification and approval links intentionally expose selected document information to anyone who possesses the unguessable public token. Do not share those links with people who should not see the document.

6. Acquisition, advertising measurement and consent

When you arrive from a campaign or referral, TypingEverything may store a first-party visitor identifier and campaign parameters such as UTM values, landing-page variant and a Meta click identifier (fbclid) in your browser and in our service records. This first-party attribution helps us understand which campaigns lead to signups, checkout starts and paid subscriptions.

Optional Meta advertising measurement is disabled until you choose “Allow measurement.” If you allow it, TypingEverything may load the Meta Pixel and send selected conversion events to Meta through the browser and the Meta Conversions API, including PageView, ViewContent, CompleteRegistration, Lead, StartTrial, InitiateCheckout and Purchase. For TypingEverything, Lead means a South African visitor passed the business-fit gate by indicating an operating business that sends quotations or invoices at least monthly; StartTrial means a clean acquired workspace created its first customer and first business document. Browser and server copies of the same conversion use a shared event identifier for deduplication. Matching data may include hashed account email or internal account identifier, Meta browser identifiers (_fbp/_fbc), IP address and browser user-agent where available. Declining optional measurement does not block essential TypingEverything functions.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” on TypingEverything to change this preference. Revoking optional measurement stops future Meta browser tracking in that browser and, when you are signed in, disables future server-side Meta conversion measurement for your workspace and removes stored Meta browser identifiers from that workspace. First-party campaign attribution needed for TypingEverything’s own commercial analytics remains separate from Meta measurement.

7. Product usage and service communications

TypingEverything records limited first-party product-usage events such as which workspace section is opened, which named product control is clicked, document-send milestones and periodic active-session heartbeats. We do not use this system to record keystrokes, form contents, mouse coordinates, screen recordings or passwords. These events help us understand whether customers are reaching useful workflows and where the product needs improvement.

TypingEverything may send service and trial-lifecycle emails such as onboarding guidance, support replies, document-delivery notices and a checkout reminder after an unfinished subscription checkout. These messages are tied to operation of the service and commercial trial rather than third-party advertising.

8. Retention

Business records may remain stored while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operational, backup, billing, dispute or legal purposes, subject to the retention rules adopted for the commercial service.

9. Security

TypingEverything uses authenticated sessions, organization-scoped access patterns and server-side provider integration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your responsibilities

If you upload or enter information about your customers, employees or suppliers, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and for giving any notices required by applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the service, hosting, provider stack or commercial footprint evolves. A commercial support/contact address should be published before broad public launch.
