1. Service

TypingEverything provides web-based tools for managing customers, business documents, approvals, balances, receipts, statements, receivables and related AI-assisted workflows. The service is operational software and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding access credentials, controlling authorized users and the activity performed through your workspace.

3. Your business data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of customer data, invoice data, tax information, uploaded logos, uploaded stamps, document content and payment instructions that you enter into the service.

4. Documents and tax

TypingEverything can generate quotations, invoices, tax documents, receipts and related records from your inputs. You are responsible for confirming that the format, numbering, tax treatment, retention period and required wording satisfy the rules that apply to your business and jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed on a recurring basis through the displayed payment provider. Plan limits, billing status, renewal dates, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation timing are shown in the service or billing portal. Fees already earned for a billing period are handled according to the payment-provider flow and any mandatory consumer law that applies.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use TypingEverything to create fraudulent documents, impersonate another business, misrepresent payment status, distribute malware, violate privacy rights, evade legal obligations or perform unlawful activity.

7. AI features

AI Office may summarize or query your stored business records. AI output can be imperfect and should be reviewed before it is relied upon for financial, tax, legal or customer-facing decisions. TypingEverything does not fabricate transactions to satisfy a prompt.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, network failures and other events may interrupt access. Features may evolve as the product develops.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TypingEverything is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every accounting, tax, compliance or business requirement. You remain responsible for business decisions and official filings.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product and commercial model evolve. Material changes should be reflected by an updated date on this page.
